The operation of the 150 seat Japanese Lobby level 2 restaurant is totally contracted out, with the exception of the cashiering function. The restaurant serves a full range of Japanese style food in a traditional service style. They will have Sushi - Sashimi Bar, Robatayaki Counter and five Teppanyaki Tables. A full A La Carte Menu will also be available.
